The air flotation device generates a large number of fine bubbles in water through a dissolution and release system, which adhere to solid or liquid particles with a density close to that of water in wastewater, resulting in a state where the overall density is lower than that of water. It relies on buoyancy to lift it to the water surface, thereby achieving solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. The DJ type high-efficiency air flotation equipment introduces new technology from Japan, using an efficient dissolved air pump to mix water and air and dissolve them under pressure to form dissolved air water, which is then released under reduced pressure. Fine air bubbles precipitate and suspended particles are efficiently adsorbed and floated up, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

Functional characteristics of dissolved air flotation device:
